About me
I'm a first-year PhD researcher based at UCL's Centre for Research in Autism and Education (CRAE). Alongside this, I work with adults whose journeys to work have been impacted by their health condition or disability. Throughout my career, I've seen, experienced and learned about employment inequalities. My focus now is helping to address them.
This builds on my career in Human Resources (HR), where I have partnered with and led teams across private, public and non-profit sectors. My ongoing commitment to professional development (or obsession with learning) is recognised by the CIPD (Level 7 HRM), ICF (Professional and Executive Coaching) and APM (Project Management).
My doctoral research explores autistic identity in the workplace. I'm a mixed-methods researcher, interested in participatory, trauma-informed and critical approaches.
Ultimately, my aim is to create research that is accessible, that matters, and is guided by the people it impacts.
