About me
I'm a PhD researcher based at UCL's Centre for Research in Autism and Education (CRAE). This builds on my career in Human Resources (HR), where I have partnered with and led teams across private, public and non-profit sectors. My ongoing commitment to professional development is recognised by the CIPD (Level 7 HRM), ICF (Professional and Executive Coaching) and APM (Project Management).
My doctoral research explores the experiences of late-diagnosed autistic women in the workplace. I'm a mixed-methods researcher, interested in participatory, trauma-informed and critical approaches.
Ultimately, my aim is to create research that is accessible, that matters, and is guided by the people it impacts.
